Priority Ninja "Developer Tools" are an independent software tools designed to analyze and display metadata stored in a customer’s own Priority ERP database.

Priority Ninja "Developer Tools" are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Priority Software Ltd. in any way. “Priority”, “Priority ERP”, and all related trademarks, product names, and intellectual property belong exclusively to Priority Software Ltd.

Priority Ninja "Developer Tools" does not modify, alter, or replace any part of the Priority ERP system. The tool operates locally on the customer’s machine and reads metadata that the customer already has lawful access to under their existing Priority license.

No Priority ERP code, triggers, SQLI, procedures, BPM logic, or other proprietary content is stored, transmitted, or processed outside the customer’s environment.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of Priority Ninja "Developer Tools" complies with the terms of their Priority ERP license agreement.

Priority Ninja "Developer Tools" are provided “as‑is” without warranties of any kind. The developer of Priority Ninja assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of this tool.
